• How does it work?

You can reach us online at the Internet (24 h) or by phone from Monday till Friday 9 a.m. until 8:30 p.m., or via mailbox.

You send us a detailed description of your accommodation (see sample / checklist), ideally via e-mail. As far as possible we also will visit you to have a look at the accommodation and take pictures (see dates). If we cannot visit you, we will make a telephone interview. Then we conclude a mediation contract with you. In the final prices our mediation provision will then be included.

The final prices should be lower than the average prices in guest houses.
